| 摘 要： | 目的研究营养治疗（medical nutrition treatment,MNT）对妊娠期糖尿病的治疗作用,以及对妊娠结局的影响。方法 103例妊娠糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM）孕妇,分为营养治疗组50例和对照组53例,观察饮食控制患者和未进行饮食控制患者的血糖、血压、分娩方式、新生儿体重等指标。结果治疗组同对照组相比,空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平以及巨大儿发生率显著降低;治疗组同对照组在血压、剖宫产率方面差异无统计学意义。结论采用合理的营养治疗可明显促进GDM母儿的良好结局。
