后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗局限性肾癌

【目的】总结后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗局限性肾癌的手术经验。【方法】局限性肾癌58例，采用后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗，分析评价该术式的效果。【结果】手术时间为100-242min，平均150min。术中出血50~420mL，平均126mL。术后住院9～12d，平均10d。术后肠功能恢复时间1～2d。术后随访3～28个月，平均17．8个月，1例因肾癌肝转移，于术后1年死亡，1例发生肺转移，其余病例仍无瘤生存。【结论】后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗局限性肾癌具有微创、出血少、术后恢复快等优点，可推广为标准术式。

Clinical Results of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Radical Nephrectomy of Focal Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective]To investigate the surgical techniques and clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for treating focal renal cell cacinoma. Methods] Fifty eight patients with focal renal cell carcinoma were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. Therapeutic efficacy was analyzed retrospectively. Results]The operation time ranged from 100 to 242 minutes（mean 150minutes）, the blood loss from 50 to 420 ml（mean 126ml）,the postoperative hospital stay form 9 to 12 days（mean 10d）, the time for intestinal function recovery from 1 to 2 days. The patients were followed up for 3~ 28 （mean 17.8） months, which revealed no relapse, metastasis or port-site tumor seeding. Conclusion]Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy has the advantages of minimal invasiveness, less bleeding and rapid recovery, so it is a safe and effective surgical option for the treatment of focal renal cell carcinoma, and should be proposed as a standard option.
