自制床头抬高卡改善机械通气患者床头抬高依从性

目的提高机械通气患者床头抬高依从性及床头抬高角度的准确性。方法使用自制床头抬高卡，对机械通气患者在观察时间点对床头抬高医嘱执行情况及床头抬高角度进行分类统计，同时将护士自查估计角度与研究人员所测结果进行比较。结果使用自制床头抬高卡组在医嘱执行率与抬高角度准确性优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论应用自制床头抬高卡可提高机械通气患者床头抬高依从性及床头抬高角度的准确性，值得进一步推广。

Clinical Ivestigation on Compliance and Accuracy of Head-of-bed Elevation in Patients with Mechanical Ventilation.

Objective To investigate the effects of head-of-bed elevation card on application status of head-of-bed eleva- tion and the accuracy of nurses in adapting the elevation angle in patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods The nurses were trained to use the head-of-bed elevation card to measure the angle of bed elevation in patients with mechanicaI ventilations. The an- gle of bed elevations were classified statistically. Results Head-of-bed elevation card significant increased the compliance and ac- curacy of head-of-bed elevation in patients with mechanical ventilation compared with control groupd （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Head-of-bed elevation card could improve the compliance and accuracy of head-of-bed elevation in patients with mechanical venti- lation .
