| 摘 要： | 依据《工业企业清洁生产评价指标体系编制通则》,通过对石煤提钒企业的现场调研和资料收集,分析了石煤提钒冶炼行业的生产技术、资源能源消耗、资源综合利用、产品特征、污染物产生、环境管理等特征,利用专家咨询法建立了湖南省石煤提钒冶炼行业清洁生产评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the formulation of general principles of the cleaner production evaluation index system of industrial enterprises,through the site investigation and data collection in vanadium extraction from stone coal enterprise,production technology,energy resources,comprehensive utilization of resources,product characteristics,pollutants and environmental management,and other characteristics of vanadium extraction from stone coal smelting industry were analysised. Cleaner production evaluation index system for vanadium extraction from stone coal smelting industry in Hunan province was established based on expert consultation method. |
