应用ICP—MS与GFAAS测定婴幼儿奶粉中铅的方法研究及比较

摘    要:采用微波消解、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)测定婴幼儿奶粉中的铅元素,并与国标法石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)进行了比较。结果表明:两种方法的测定结果基本吻合,用ICP—MS测定婴幼儿奶粉中痕量铅线性范围宽,抗干扰能力强,测定周期短,完全满足分析的要求,且操作简便快速,应用于实际样品的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:Determination of lead element in infant milk powder was done by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and compared with national standard method by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).Results indicate that the application of two methods for the determination has the roughly same result.ICP-MS determination is of wide linear range,strong anti-interference ability,and short time.It can fully meet the requirements of analysis and has good result when applied to the actual determination of the sample.
