连梅汤对阴虚热盛证2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白和白细胞介素-6的影响

目的观察阴虚热盛证2型糖尿病患者应用连梅汤治疗后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的变化。方法阴虚热盛证2型糖尿病患者进行为期16周的随机、达美康对照、连梅汤治疗试验。血清CRP采用速率散射浊度法测定,IL-6采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定。结果阴虚热盛证2型糖尿病患者应用连梅汤16周后,血清CRP水平从8.37mg/L下降到7.20mg/L(P<0.05),IL-6水平从0.71ng/mL下降到0.50ng/mL(P<0.05);达美康对照组血清CRP从8.39mg/L下降到8.30mg/L(P>0.05),IL-6从0.72ng/mL下降到0.70ng/mL(P>0.05)。结论阴虚热盛证2型糖尿病患者应用连梅汤治疗后随糖代谢改善,血清CRP和IL-6等炎症标志物水平也下降。

The Influence of Lianmeitang on the Levels of Serum C-reactive Protein and Interleukin-6 of Patients Suffering from Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Syndrome of Extreme Heat due to Deficiency of Yin

Objective To observe the effect of Lianmeitang on the changes of C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with yin deficiency and heat hyperactivity syndrome. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group was treated by Lianmeitang for 16 weeks and the control group was treated by DIAMICRON for 16 weeks as a course of treatment. CRP was determined by ratenephelometry and IL-6 was determined by DAB-ELISA. Results Compared with the control group, the level of serum CRP of the group treated by Lianmeitang was significantly decreased from 8.37 mg/L to 7.20 mg/L (P <0.05), while the group treated by DIAMICRON from 8.39 mg/L to 8.30 mg/L (P >0.05). The level of serm IL-6 of the treated group decreased from 0.71 ng/mL to 0.50 ng/mL (P <0.05), and the later from 0.72 ng/mL to 0.70 ng/mL (P >0.05). Conclusion The level of CRP and IL-6 were decreased with the improvement of glycometabolism after treated with Lianmeitang.
