摘    要:塔河油田TK908DH分支水平井固井作业存在下套管易遏阻或遇卡、水泥浆顶替效率低、易出现窜槽、对尾管悬挂器等固井工具的性能要求高等技术难点,为此,优选了水泥浆体系,并应用了性能优良、稳定的固井工具及附件,采取相应的固井技术措施,保证了该井固井作业的顺利完成,且达到TAML四级水平,为以后塔河油田分支水平井固井积累了宝贵的经验。详细介绍了该井固井时采取的技术措施及现场施工工艺。

Abstract:Many challenges are encountered while cementing the multilateral horizontal well named TK908DH in the Tahe Oilfield, including casing sticking, low mud displacement efficiency, probable channeling, high performs demands for liner hangers, etc. Therefore, so many improvements are taken, such as optimizing cement slurry system, choosing feasible cementing tools, and other matching cementing measurements, that successful cementing operations are achieved with up to TAML four level, and accumulates valuable experiences for later cementing jobs in multilateral horizontal wells. Finally, technical measures and field operational techniques are articulated.
