摘    要:某公司300 MW供热机组低真空保护动作跳闸,再启动后凝汽器真空低。通过开展真空严密性试验、灌水找漏堵漏,以及对凝汽器内轴封供汽母管根部开裂的焊缝进行补焊、在轴封供汽母管根部加装防护罩等工作,解决了凝汽器真空系统的泄漏问题,真空严密性试验时真空下降速度由采取措施前的500 Pa/min降低到采取措施后的80 Pa/min。

Abstract:One 300 MW heating unit's protection tripping for low vacuum,while restarted the condenser vacuum was low.Through the development of vacuum tightness test,irrigation for leakage plugging,as well as the repair welding on shaft seal steam supply pipe crack within the condenser,solve the condenser vacuum system leakage problems.Through vacuum tightness testing,vacuum loss speed dropped to 80 Pa/min from 500 Pa/min before taking measures.
