摘    要:本文通过改变喷油嘴孔径、喷油器启阀压力、单体泵相位差、柴油机冷却水温度进行油耗对比试验,得到负荷特性和推进特性下的经济性最优点,然后通过适当牺牲经济性来改善排放,并与原机进行对比。NOx和CH的浓度都有明显的降低,NOx最大降低79%,CH最大降低达79.7%,表明对传统机械泵柴油机进行电控单体泵改造是降低排放的一种有效措施。

Optimization Research on Diesel Engine Based onElectronic-controlled Unit Pump

Abstract:In this paper, analyzed the related factors of oil consumption by changing the diameter of the injector orifice, injector open pressure, electronic-controlled unit pump phase ,and the diesel engine cooling water temperature, to get the most advantage of the economy under the working condition of load and propulsion characteristics, and then sacrificed by appropriate economic resistance to improve emissions and compare with the original machine. The concentration of NOx and CH has significantly reduced, NOx maximum reduction of 79%, CH maximum reduction of 79.7%, indicating that traditional mechanical pump diesel engine electronic-controlled unit pump transformation is an effective measure to reduce emissions.
