| 摘 要： | 70只湖北省流行性出血热疫区的草兔经间接免疫荧光法检查发现5只草兔的多个腔器中带有流行性出血热抗原,4只草兔血中有特异性抗体,证明野兔在自然界中可受到感染。这一发现使EHFV的自然宿主范围扩大到兔形目,为研究EHFV在不同动物宿主间的传播及今后如何采取预防措施提出了新课题。

| Abstract: | EHFV antigen and specific antibody are determined by IIFA in viscera and sera from 70 hares (Lepus capensis) captured from EHF endemic areas of Hubei Province. Of these animals, 5 show EHFV antigen in most viscera and 4 show specific antibody in sera. This is the first confirmed case of natural infection of EHF in hare, and therefore the natural hosts of EHFV should include lagomorpha of mammalia. This study gives some enlightenment not only for the prevention of EHF but also for the further research of the transmission of EHFV in a different host. |
