| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨艾滋病患者经过高效抗逆转录病毒治疗后发生免疫重建炎性综合征的胸部CT表现特点。方法：搜集9例经高效抗逆转录病毒治疗后发生免疫重建炎性综合征的艾滋病患者的胸部CT影像及临床资料,回顾性分析其胸部CT影像表现及临床影像的特点。结果：6例患者出现淋巴结肿大,分布于胸部的不同部位;4例患者见肺内结节影;3例患者出现肺实变;4例患者出现胸腔积液;2例患者可见心包积液;1例患者发现粟粒结节影。结论：淋巴结肿大是免疫重建炎性综合征最显著的胸部CT影像表现特点,肿大的淋巴结可出现于胸部不同的部位,其他影像表现包括肺实变、肺内结节、胸腔积液及心包积液。 |
