摘    要:以氢氧化钛与H3PO4为原料,采用微波法在400 W功率下辐射5 min得到焦磷酸钛纳米粉体,对合成粉体进行X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电镜和激光粒度分析,探讨焦磷酸钛粉体的微波合成机理。结果表明,焦磷酸钛粉体具有立方体结构,存在P─O、O─P─O和P─O─P键的特征吸收峰;焦磷酸钛粉体为粒度分布较均匀,颗粒粒径为50~100 nm,外形为球状;氢氧化钛与H3PO4反应先生成中间产物Ti(HPO4)2,再进一步脱水生成焦磷酸钛粉体。

Abstract:Titanium pyrophosphate nano-particles were synthesized by microwave method at 400 W for 5 min by using titanium hydroxide and H3PO4 as precursors.The synthetic powders were characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM and laser particle size analysis.The reaction mechanism for synthesis of titanium pyrophosphate particles was discussed.The results show that titanium pyrophosphate nano-particles have cubic structures.There are characteristic absorption peaks of P—O,O—P—O and P—O—P in products spectra.The products are single-phase titanium pyrophosphate nano-particles.The obtained particles exhibit uniforms and spherical morphologies.Their sizes are about 50-100 nm.The medium products Ti(HPO4)2 are firstly obtained by reaction of titanium hydroxide and H3PO4.Titanium pyrophosphate particles are further produced by dehydration.
