加氢高压空冷器腐蚀原因与防护方法探讨

摘    要:在国内多套加氢高压空冷系统腐蚀情况的基础上,对注水规律及缓蚀阻垢剂性能进行研究,分析高压空冷器具有腐蚀难于控制、泄露危险性大且制造质量不易保证的特点,由于实际原料中S和N含量高,而设计的空冷系统处理量不足;原设计无脱硫设施;注水量难以随着原料改变而提高;空冷器流速过高、物流分配不均;操作不平稳等原因造成腐蚀。提出了高压空冷器防腐蚀对策和高压空冷器的材料选择等。

Abstract:On the basis of investigation of a number of hydroprocessing units in China's petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants,the influences of water injection modes and various corrosion inhibitors on the corrosion of HPAC was observed,and the greater leakage risks and difficulty to control the fabrication quality of high-pressure air coolers were analyzed.It was found that the corrosion in air cooler system was caused by higher S and N in unit feedstock,inadequate air cooler capacity,unavailability of facil...
