摘    要:为了优化我军干部队伍人才配备,打赢未来信息化战争,采用模糊决策评价中的Blin法对部队干部队伍来源渠道进行定量分析研究,得出了我军培养干部5种途径的排序方案。研究结果表明:我军培养干部的途径应主要以军校生和国防生为主,其他培养途径为辅,为各级领导机关在部队人才建设方面提供客观可靠的科学依据。

Abstract:For optimizing our army cadre talent team and winning the future information war, uses the Blin method of fuzzy decision and evaluation to have a quantitative analysis and research, obtain five ways of sorting scheme for training the cadres of our army. The result indicates that the cadre training ways of our army should mainly be based on the military college students and national defense students, supplemented by other ways to cultivate, provides objective and reliable scientific basis for leading organs at all levels in the talent construction in the army.
