摘    要:采用数值模拟方法研究小方坯连铸结晶器的三维流场和夹杂物运动轨迹,探讨了粒子形状对夹杂物去除率的影响.结果表明:相同形状夹杂物,随着粒径的增大,夹杂物的去除率随之增大;相同粒径的夹杂物,形状因子越小的夹杂物的去除率越高;对于5 μm以下尺寸的夹杂物,夹杂物的形状和尺寸对夹杂物运动行为的影响可以忽略.

Abstract:Numerical simulation is applied to study the three dimensional flow field and the inclusions'trajectories in the continuous billet caster in order to have a deep insight into the effect of particle shape on the inclusion removal rate. The numerical results show that for the inclusions with the same shape, the inclusion removal rate increases with the increase of inclusion size. For the inclusion with the same size, the removal rate of the inclusion increases with the decrease of particle shape factor. For the inclusion smaller than 5 micros, the effect of the size and morphology of inclusions on the inclusion movement is very weak.
