宋金元时期针治痹证的文献学研究

目的:通过对宋金元时期中医文献中针灸治疗痹证所涉及的有关经脉、腧穴的内容进行整理分析,总结其时代特点。方法:以痹、痹病、痹证、历节、白虎历节、风湿为关键词进行检索,将检索结果按经脉、腧穴进行分类整理,运用频数统计、支持度分析得出针治痹证的经脉与腧穴运用规律。结果:检索到与经脉相关条文168条,涉及101个腧穴、2个经外奇穴,所有腧穴共出现220频次。结论:宋金元时期针治痹证经脉多选用足少阳胆经,腧穴多选用特定穴,尤重视五输穴。

Literatures of Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties on acupuncturing arthromyodynia

Objective：To arrange and analyze TCM literatures of Song,Jin,and Yuan dynasties,which related to the meridians and acupoints in treating arthromyodynia,in order to summarize the characteristics of the times. Method：Arthralgia,arthralgia disease,arthromyodynia,Lijie,Baihu Lijie and rheumatism were retrieved as key words,then the using regular of meridians and acupoints in treating arthromyodynia was summarized through the frequency statistics and support degree analysis. Results：There were 101 shu-acupoints,2 extra points in 168 articles,which occurred 220 frequency. Conclusion：The gall bladder channel of Foot-Shaoyang and special acupoints（especially the five-shu points）were mostly selected in treating arthromyodynia during the period of Song,Jin,Yuan dynasties.
