| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方白及涂膜剂对大鼠烧烫伤的治疗作用。方法将实验用大鼠随机分为复方白及涂膜剂高、低剂量组及减方复方白及涂膜剂组、阳性对照组和模型对照组。分别采用热水、水蒸气、明火等造成大鼠局部皮肤深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧烫伤,分别涂抹给药,进行治疗。观察记录各组动物受损部位皮肤愈合情况(结痂天数、脱痂天数及愈合时间)。结果复方白及涂膜剂低剂量、减方复方白及涂膜剂可以缩短烫伤大鼠结痂天数,尤其是后者还能缩短烫伤大鼠脱痂天数,在促进创面愈合方面有显著作用。结论复方白及涂膜剂治疗大鼠烧烫伤有确切效果,尤其是原方剂减去醋酸洗必泰后制成的减方复方涂膜剂在缩短热水和水蒸气烫伤大鼠脱痂时间、缩短愈合时间方面有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of compound rhizoma bletillae paint (CRBP) on scalded rats.
