省级电网规划管理系统设计与应用

为规范电网规划工作流程,提高电网建设的决策水平,完善电网企业的工作效率与管理水平,国家电网公司推广建设、实施了电网规划管理系统。文章以甘肃省电力公司电网规划管理系统为例,阐述电网规划管理系统设计实施的关键技术,分析该系统上线运行产生的实际应用效果。目前,该系统在甘肃公司已建设完成并投入使用,促进了电网规划工作的科学性和有效性。

Design and Application of Provincial Grid Planning Management System

In order to standardize the grid planning process,improve the decision-making level of grid constructions,and enhance the work efficiency and management level of grid enterprises,the grid planning management system is constructed and put into effect in State Grid Corporation of China.For the example of the grid planning management system of Gansu Provincial Power Company,this paper describes key technologies of system design and implementation,analyzes the actual application effect of system operation.At present,the system has been put into operation in Gansu Province Power Company,and promotes the scientificalness and effectiveness of the company’s grid planning.
