中医延续护理对提高脑卒中患者出院后生活能力和运动功能的应用研究

目的探讨中医延续护理对脑卒中患者出院后日常生活能力和运动功能的影响。方法选择脑卒中患者142例分为试验组和对照组,对照组给予常规出院指导和出院后连续3个月每周一次电话随访,试验组在对照组的基础上进行中医延续护理。结果出院后3个月试验组脑卒中患者日常生活能力和运动功能均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中医延续护理能有效改善脑卒中患者出院后的日常生活能力和运动功能,提高患者满意度和生活质量。

A study on the application of continuous nursing with Traditional Chinese Medicine to improve the living ability and motor function of stroke patients after discharge

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) on activity of daily living and motor function of stroke patients after discharge.Methods Totally,142 cases of stroke patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group received conventional discharging instructions and weekly telephone follow-up for 3 months,while the experimental group carried out continuous nursing with TCM on the basis of the control group.Results The activity of daily living and motor function of stroke patients in the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group after discharge for 3 months(P ＜0.01).Conclusion The continuous nursing with TCM can effectively improve the activity of daily living and motor function of stroke patients after discharge,so as to improve the satisfaction and quality of life of patients.
