中空高强度锚注锚索在金川矿区中的研究与应用

金川矿区具有大量的不良岩层,岩体结构面十分发育,岩体整体强度低,地应力大。巷道掘进后围岩变形量大,变形速率快,支护体破坏严重。采用中空锚注锚索进行巷道支护,其支护系统刚度大,锚索的载荷传递特性好,同时利用锚注一体工艺,实现全长锚固,提高了索体的单根承载能力,具有很高的抗剪能力。在金川矿区高地压、破碎围岩巷道中的研究使用,有效控制了巷道的变形破坏,延长了巷道的使用寿命,巷道支护成本显著降低。

Study and application of high strength hollow grouting anchor cable in Jinchuan Mine

Jinchuan mining area has a lot of bad strata, the structural of rock mass is very development, and the intensity of overall is low, the strata stress is large. After the roadway excavation, the surrounding rock deformation is large, and the deformation rate is fast, the supporting entities damage is serious. With hollow grouting anchored cable for roadway support, its supporting system stiffness, load transfer characteristic of anchor cable is good, at the same time use the bolting and injecting technology is used to realize the full length anchorage, improve the bearing capacity of single rope body, and obtain high shear capacity. Research and application of high strength hollow grouting anchor cable in high strata stress and crushed surrounding rock of roadway, the deformation of roadway damage is effectively controlled. The service life of the roadway is prolong, the roadway support costs is significantly reduced.
