| 摘 要： | 依托信息化实现现代医院手术体系管理是发展趋势。通过总结首都医科大学宣武医院手术管理体系建设的实践，重点介绍了手术分级与手术名称标准化、手术分级授权系统建设、非预期再手术管理、手术三方核查和风险评估、手术绩效补贴等方面信息化建设工作情况。

| Abstract: | Based on information technology to achieve a modern hospital operating system management is a development trend. By summarizing the practical experience of operating management system in Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, information construction process such as surgical grade, operation name standardization, grading surgery authorization system construction, unexpected re-operation management, surgery tripartite verification and risk assessment, surgical performance subsidies are mainly introduced. |
