摘    要:采用一种新型的高效复合引发剂体系合成聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性树脂,探讨了高吸水性树脂的吸水机理,对复合引发剂体系组成(包括低温引发体系和高温引发体系)进行了重点筛选,考察了引发剂体系加量对产品性能的影响,并且对采用不同引发剂体系时聚合体系的放热行为进行了对比。实验得到的产品吸水倍率达到1600g/g、吸盐水倍率达到110g/g,吸水速率快,残余单体含量和可溶物含量较低。

Abstract:?Crosslinking sodium polyacrylate super water-absorbent resin was prepared using a novel high efficiency composite initiator system by water solution polymerizaiotn process in this paper.The water-absorbing mechanism of super water-absorbent resin was discussed while composition of initiator systems(composed of low temperature initiators and high temperature initiators) and effect of initiator concentration on properties of resin product were highlighted.The exothermal behavior of different initiator systems was also compared.The resin products possess excellent properties such as high absorbance of deionic water and w(NaCl)=0.9% aqueous solution (i.e.1?600?g/g and 110?g/g respectively),high absorbing speed and low contents of remainded monomers and solutes.
