| 摘 要： | 罗勒的化学成分复杂,类型多样,以挥发油、黄酮及其苷类、香豆素类为主,此外,还含有苯丙素类、脂肪酸类等。研究发现,罗勒提取物具有抗血栓形成,降血脂,降血糖,降血压,抗炎杀菌作用,抗氧化活性,保护内皮细胞以及抗肿瘤转移等作用,因此,研究罗勒的有效成分,对罗勒的开发和应用具有很好的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The chemical constituents of Ocimum basilicum L is complicated and various,including large amounts of volatile oils,flavonoids and glycosides,and small amounts of coumarin,phenylpropanoids,and fatty acids.Research showed basil extract has antithrombosis,anti-lipids,anti-glucose and anti-hypertension,and anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects.It can also reduce oxidant activity,protect endothelial cells and inhibit tumor metastasis.Therefore,the effective constituents of basil have development and application prospects. |
