| 摘 要： | 采用ＥＬＩＳＡ捕捉法，检测７２例各期煤矽肺患者的免疫球蛋白特异性激活补体类循环免疫复合物（Ｉｇ／Ｃ３－ＣＩＣ：ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＧ、和ＩｇＡ／Ｃ３－ＣＩＣ）。结果表明，ＩｇＧ和ＩｇＡ／Ｃ３－ＣＩＣ的阳性率与矽肺的确诊和是否脱离接尘环境相关，而ＩｇＭ／Ｃ３－ＣＩＣ的阳性单则与两者无关。经Ｃｏｃｈｒａｎ－Ａｒｍｉｔａｓｅ趋势相关分析发现，ＩｇＡ／Ｃ３－ＣＩＣ的阳性率还与矽肺病变的严重程度呈非常明显的正相关。ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＧ和ＩｇＡ／Ｃ３－ＣＩＣ的阳性率均与患者的年龄、性别、Ｉｇ和Ｃ４水平无关，而与Ｃ３水平有关。这些结果提示，不同类型Ｉｇ／Ｃ３－ＣＩＣ的病理生理意义有明显差异。

| Abstract: | By a capture ELISA method,circulating immunoglobulinspecific immune complexes activiating complement(Ig/C3-CIC: IgM .IgG and IgA/C3-CIC) of 72 cases of patients with silicosis were determined in this paper. Compared the positive rates of patients with,dubious silicosis and in dusty circumstance to those of ones with silicosis and off dusty circumstance, respectively, significant relationships were found in Ig-Gand IgA/C3-CIC. However, only the positive rates of IgA/C3-CIC rose dramatically along with the severity of the disease. with Cochran-Armitage trend analysis. Furthmore, our results showed that age. sex. IgM. IgA and C4. Our findings suggest that the phytsiological and pathological significantly associated with a class of immunoglobulin within them. |
