基于 GIS 的"多规合一"辅助决策系统研究与应用

建立基于 GIS的"多规合一"辅助决策系统是"多规合一"信息化建设工作的一项重要工作,也是"多规合一"成果落实应用的具体体现. 本文提出利用GIS技术,以ArcGIS为开发平台,结合REST和SOA的WCF架构,构建一个"多规合一"辅助决策系统. 该系统的关键技术已应用于宁夏回族自治区"三规合一"及"多规融合"信息化平台的建设,取得较好的实际效果.

Study and Implementation of"Multiple Planning In One"Assistant Decision System Based on GIS

The establishment of "multiple planning in one" assistant decision system based on GIS is one of the im-portant work of the "multiple planning in one"information construction work ,and also a concrete manifestation of the im-plementation of the "multiple planning in one".This paper proposes the use of GIS Technology ,established in the Arc-GIS as development platform , combined with REST and SOA WCF architecture , Constructing a "multiple planning in one" assistant decision system ,and the key technologies of the system are applied to the construction of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region "three categories of planning in one" and "multiple planning integration" informatization platform , we have otained better predicting effects .
