| 摘 要： | 分析了中国制造业企业的质量管理现状,结合权变理论,提出了质量管理体系的基本设计框架。通过具体阐述框架内容以及质量文化与质量管理体系的重要关系,说明如何设计和调整质量管理体系,以获得合理的质量管理模式和积极的质量文化。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the current quality management status of Chinese manufacturing enterprises,this article presents a framework from which decisions for designing a quality system can be deduced contingently.Combined with the explanation of important relationship between quality culture and quality system,the paper illustrates how to design and adjust the quality system to obtain a rational quality mode and positive quality culture. |
