摘    要:固有烧结温度低的低介电常数微波介质陶瓷材料在低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)中具有重要的应用前景。着重介绍了钨酸盐、磷酸盐、碲酸盐、钼酸盐、钒酸盐、铌酸盐和硼酸盐等固有烧结温度低的低介电常数微波介质陶瓷材料的研究进展,并指出低温共烧陶瓷材料目前存在的问题。

Abstract:Low permittivity microwave dielectric ceramic materials with low intrinsic sintering temperatures have important application prospects in low-temperature cofired ceramics (LTCC). Several low permittivity microwave dielectric ceramic systems with low intrinsic sintering temperatures, such as tungstate, phosphate, tellurite, molybdate, vanadate, niobate and borate compounds are introduced emphatically in this paper. Finally, some problems of low-temperature cofired ceramic materials are pointed out.
