摘    要:高压脉冲液相放电由于其众多优势,广泛应用在岩石的破碎、石油开采、污水治理等领域.本文通过推导等效放电回路方程,得到放电电流及达到峰值电流的时间表达式,从而在COMSOL Multiphysics中定义脉冲电压,并将其加载在仿真模型的高压电极上.模拟仿真硬岩矿物组成、粒径、电极距离对电场强度和分布特征的影响.结果表明电场强度高度依赖矿石的电学性质、进料粒径、以及矿粒的位置.矿粒的介电常数差异越大,电场越强,分布越不均匀;电场强度向矿石边界转移,体现了电破碎的选择性破碎的机理,以及最大场强随着矿粒尺寸呈指数减小.

Abstract:High voltage pulse discharge in water has been widely used in rock crushing,oil extraction,sewage treatment and other fields with many advantages.The equivalent discharge loop equation is deduced in this paper,and obtained the expression of the discharge current and the circuit parameters,sequentially,the pulse voltage in COMSOL multiphysics is defined and loaded on the high voltage electrode of the simulation model.The effects of mineral composition,particle size and electrode distance on the strength and the distribution characteristic of electric field are studied.The results are shown that the electric field is highly dependent on the electrical properties,the feed particle size and the location of the ore particles.The dielectric constant of the ore particles are greatly different,the electric field became stronger and the distribution became more uneven;the electric field intensity is transferred to the ore boundary,which reflects the mechanism of selective crushing of electric crushing,and the maximum field strength decreases exponentially along with the particle size.
