不等厚激光拼焊板杯突试验及模拟

摘    要:针对厚1.8 mm的SAPH440和厚2.2 mm的DP600不等厚异质板材采用激光焊接技术实现拼焊,进一步研究SAPH440和DP600的不等厚激光拼焊板的焊接接头性能和成形性能。针对拼焊板的胀形性进行杯突试验,研究表明,当薄板SAPH440所占的比例较厚板DP600大时,拼焊板的杯突值低于任何一侧母材的杯突值,即拼焊板的胀形性低于母材。并利用Dynaform软件对拼焊板的成形过程进行仿真分析:结果表明两侧板材变形不均匀,焊缝向厚板侧移动。

Abstract:The formability and welding performance of the TWB of SAPH440 and DP600 with the thickness of 1.8 mm and 2.2 mm respectively jointed by laser welding has been studied in this paper.The cupping test was carried out to examine the bulging formability of the TWB.Results show that,when the proportion of SAPH440 was higher than that of the thicker DP600,the cupping test value of the TWB was smaller than that of any base material,namely,the bulging formability of the TWB was worse than that of base materials.And the forming process of the TWB was simulated by Dynaform software.It is indicated that the simulation result of the single blank is consistent with the real test,and the simulation result of the TWB is slightly different from the real test.
