| 摘 要： | 建立了虾中16种磺胺类药物残留的高效液相色谱-串联质谱（LC-MS/MS）测定方法。试样用乙腈和无水硫酸钠提取两次,合并提取液,旋转蒸干后,用甲醇水溶解残余物,经正己烷脱脂后,采用LC-MS/MS选择反应监测（SRM）正离子模式测定,同时对虾中16种磺胺类药物残留进行定性分析和定量分析。 |

| Abstract: | The method for the simultaneous determination of 16 sulfonamides residues in eels and shrimps was developed by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry（HPLC-MS/MS）.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and anhydrous sodium sulfate.The supematant was dried by rotary evaporater.The residue was dissolved with water and methanol and cleaned-up by hexane.The mass spectrometer was operated in the positive ion mode using selected reaction monitoring for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 16 sulfonamides residues at the same time. |
