妇科腹腔镜术后疼痛影响因素分析

目的：分析妇科腹腔镜手术后疼痛的影响因素。方法：回顾分析2008年1月至2010年6月在我院妇科接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者100例,采用疼痛视觉模拟量表法（VAS）评价患者术后手术切口、肩部和季肋部疼痛状况。结果：术后有79%的患者发生切口疼痛,45%的患者发生肩部疼痛,18%的患者发生季肋部疼痛。年龄、手术方式、手术时间、形成气腹的速度、盆腔粘连情况以及是否放置引流管与手术后疼痛均有影响。结论：腹腔镜手术后的疼痛是由多种原因造成的,了解原因进行针对性处理能够减轻腹腔镜术后的疼痛。

Analying the Pain Related Factors after Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective： To analyze the related factors of pain after laparoscopic surgery.Method： The data of 100 cases underment laparoscopic surgery from Jan.2008 to Jun.2010 were reviewed,We evaluated the incision,pain of shoulders and rib through visual analogscale（VAS）.Result： In all the patients,There’s 79%,45% and 18% in pain of incision,shoulders and rib respectirely.The pain affected factors was related with age,operation time,the speed of pneumoperitoneum during laparoscopy,pelvic adhesion and with or without drainage tube.Conclusion： There’s all kinds of reasons for pain after laparoscopic surgery.The proper measures can reduce the pain.
