| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了三钢12万吨轧钢生产线改造为年产量20万吨生产线的过程,针对轧钢、加热炉、冷床、精整等部分提出了较为先进的改造方案。生产实践证明系统运行可靠、方便产品质量和打包质量明显改善,该生产线又恢复了活力,创造了较大的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Illustrating the course of transforming the 120,000 tons rolled steel production line of Sanming Iron and Steel Complex into the one of 200,000 tons annual output, this text puts forward the more advanced transform scheme on the part such as rolled steel, heating furnace, cold bed and precise arrangement etc. It has been proved by the production practices that the system is reliable to run, the products quality and baling quality are improved greatly. The production line has rejuvenated again, and has created better economic benefits. |
