| Abstract: | The Wutong Mountain Winding Mountain Highway was a substandard grade highway. Through organizing reasonably traffic, using the third grade highway standard in mountain ridge heavy hilly area for alignment standard, laying stress on road landscape and in the combination of the demand of the frontier facilities it is transformed to be urban secon-dary trunk road. |
