| 摘 要： | 目的]了解青州市艾滋病流行现状,分析其流行趋势,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法]对2006~2009年青州市艾滋病监测资料进行分析。结果]2006~2009年全市共监测各类人群55 023人次,检出HIV抗体阳性者35例,阳性检出率率0.06%。其中,男性占54.29%,女性占45.71%;外来妇女检出12例,配偶间感染6例,自愿咨询检测门诊检出5例,羁押收教人员检出5例,临床综合监测人群检出4例,男男同性恋者检出2例,母婴传播1例。结论]青州市艾滋病疫情为低流行状态,但卖淫嫖娼和男男同性恋日益成为艾滋病扩散的重要危险因素。应重点开展高危人群高危行为干预工作,及时发现感染者。
