钕铁硼永磁材料电镀锌镍合金工艺

摘    要:钕铁硼磁材因其特殊的疏松和多孔结构,导致抗蚀性能差,表面镀覆又会引起磁性能降低。为提高其耐蚀性,降低磁损失,采用新型工艺进行表面处理,包括前处理工艺、电镀Zn-Ni合金和后处理工艺。性能测试表明:该工艺极大地提高了钕铁硼表面处理后的耐蚀能力,同时又降低了磁损失。

Abstract:NdFeB has poor corrosion because of the loose and porous structure,and surface plating results in magnetism reduction.In order to improve the corrosion resistance and reduce magnetism losing,the surface treatment is done by the new process which involves pretreatment,electroplating Zn-Ni alloy and after-treatment.The result of test indicates that NdFeB layer are greatly improved in corrosion resistance by the process.At the same time,magnetism losing is reduced.
