2微米激光五分法前列腺汽化切除术治疗良性前列腺增生症的应用研究

目的:探讨经尿道2微米激光前列腺汽化切除术治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的有效性和安全性。方法:采用经尿道2微米激光五分法汽化切除术治疗BPH 300例,对其手术时间、术中术后出血量、术后膀胱冲洗液量及冲洗时间、术后留置导尿管时间及国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)及残余尿量(PVR)等指标进行分析。结果:2微米激光手术时间30~90 min,平均(59.0±23.8)min,术中几乎无出血,术后留置尿管时间5~7 d,平均(6.0±1.0)d,术后随访3~12个月,IPSS、QOL、Qmax及PVR较术前均有明显改善。结论:2微米激光前列腺切除术治疗BPH安全有效,操作简单,时间短,汽化彻底,出血少,尤其适合于高龄、高危患者。

Applied Research:Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia by 2 Microns Laser Vaporization Resection of the Prostate

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the RevoLix 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 300 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia received the RevoLix 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection of the prostate.We analyzed the operation time, intraoperative and postoperative blood loss,bladder flush time,postoperative indwelling catheterization time,international prostate symptom score(I-PSS),quality of life(QQL),maximum flow rate(Qmax) and postvoid residual(PVR) ect.Results:The average operation time was 59.0±23.8 minutes(range 30-90 minutes).Intraoperation almost no blood loss.Postoperative indwelling catheterization time was 5-7days(range 6.0±1.0days).All cases were followed up every 3 to 12 months after treatment;Contrasted preoperation,IPSS,QOL,Qmax and PVR were improved significantly.Conclusion:2 micron continuous wave laser is rapid,effective and safe,and also has many advantages,such as saving time,vaporizing thoroughly and less bleeding,especially suitable for older age and high-risk patients.
