| 摘 要： | 办学理念的形成受到诸多因素的影响，本文从时代精神和社会需要、校长的办学理念、大学职能观三个方面来研究任职教育办学理念的成因，分析它们对任职教育办学理念的深刻影响。尤其在大学校长办学理论方面，本文从校长的教育目的观、教师观和教育理念进行分析，从而对任职教育办学理念的形成给予启示。

| Abstract: | The formation of the idea of running schools of service education influenced by many factors. From studying the cause of the idea of serving education of three aspects of the spirit of the times and social needs, the school idea of the president, the university functions, the article analyze the impact of their representation of the profound idea of service education, such as the view of running a school of the president educational aim, the teachers view and the vies of educational idea, then form a quite rational enlightenment for the idea of service education. |
