| 摘 要： | 随着汽车后服务市场的不断增长,对汽车后服务专业应用性人才的需求不断增加,而目前各类高校所培养的汽车后服务专业人才远远不能适应市场的需要,而且在培养过程中还存在层次交错、分类模糊、培养目标不明确等问题。本文从汽车后服务专业应用性人才的分类入手,通过对课程模块设置研究分析了不同类别人才培养的差异,同时探讨了相应的教学模式创新与教学方法设计。

| Abstract: | As the automobile after-service market is growing,so is the need for the related talents,yet the training fails to meet the demand of the market and besides,there exist such problems as crisscrossing level,fuzzy classification and unclear training objective,etc..The paper,based on the classification of such talents,analyzes the differences in the different levels of talent training through the design of course modules and discusses the innovation in the teaching mode and the design of teaching methodology. |
