| 摘 要： | 为了充分识别输变电工程的环境风险,加强输变电工程的竣工环保验收管理,设计并实现一个基于3S技术的输变电工程环境敏感目标管理系统,详细阐述该系统的设计思路、主要技术关键点以及功能实现,总结该系统的技术特点,指出该系统在电网环保领域有广阔的应用前景。
