摘 要: | 为了充分识别输变电工程的环境风险,加强输变电工程的竣工环保验收管理,设计并实现一个基于3S技术的输变电工程环境敏感目标管理系统,详细阐述该系统的设计思路、主要技术关键点以及功能实现,总结该系统的技术特点,指出该系统在电网环保领域有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: | In order to identify environmental risk and strengthen environmental completion acceptance management of power transmission and transformation project,design and realize the environment sensitive targets management system of power transmission and transformation project based on 3S technology,describe the design ideas,the main technical key points and function realization in detail,summarize the technical characteristics of the system,point out that the system has broad application prospects in the field of environmental protection. |
