| 摘 要： | 结合工作实践,对近年来降糖类中成药和保健食品中非法添加化学药物的检测方法和研究现状进行综述,为降糖类保健食品及中成药的质量安全及监管机构提供参考。其中非法添加的化学成分主要包括磺酰脲类、α-糖苷酶抑制剂、噻唑烷酮类、DPP-4抑制剂、非磺酰脲类。检测方法主要有薄层色谱法、红外光谱法、拉曼光谱法、高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱-质谱联用法和离子迁移谱法等。

| Abstract: | Based on the working practice,the detection methods and research status of illegally added chemical drugs in hypoglycemic proprietary Chinese medicines and health food in recent years were reviewed.It can provide the reference for the quality safety and supervision of anti-diabetic health food and Chinese patent medicine.The adulterated chemical substances mainly consisted of insulin secretagogues(sulfonylureas and non-sulfonylureas),α-glucosidase inhibitor,thiazolidone,DPP-4 inhibito and so on.The detection methods reported in recent years include TLC,IR,Raman,HPLC,HPLC-MS and ion migration. |
