肉苁蓉化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘    要:肉苁蓉为列当科植物,化学成分多样,含有苯乙醇苷类、环烯醚萜及其苷类、糖类、挥发性成分等。其药理作用丰富,具有抗衰老、抗氧化、抗痴呆、抗疲劳、润肠通便等多种药理作用。系统地总结肉苁蓉的化学成分和药理作用,有利于为肉苁蓉的临床应用和药学研究提供参考。

Abstract:Herba Cistanche is a plant of the family Lyndangaceae with varied chemical components,including phenethyl alcohol glycosides,iridoids and their glycosides,saccharides,volatile components and so on.Its pharmacological effects are diverse in anti-aging,anti-oxidation,anti-dementia,anti-fatigue and moisturizing the intestines.A systematic summary of the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Herba Cistanche is helpful to provide references for the clinical application and pharmaceutical research of the herb.
