摘    要:为提高电力系统二次设备的运行安全性和运维效率,设计了一种基于继电保护装置态势感知及辅助决策的智能运维系统。该系统部署于主站,通过分析变电站继电保护设备的上送信息,按照综合逻辑推理机制给出保护功能判别结果;构建自主巡检、信息互校机制,迅速发现并定位设备及回路异常。建立保护告警信息处理和知识数据库,及时提供针对性的检修辅助决策。依托保护运行信息采集平台及知识数据库实现区域内所有保护装置历史异常信息数据的采集、处理、分析和展示,为提高二次保护设备运行可靠性提供决策依据。建立了基于虚拟链路的远程运维方式,实现调度端对站内装置的直接访问。设备厂商技术专家可远程协助快速处理现场问题,显著提高了现场消缺速度。

Smart operation and maintenance system based on situational awareness and assistant decision-making of relay protection devices

Abstract:In order to improve the operational safety and maintenance efficiency of secondary equipment in a power system, a smart operation and maintenance system based on situational awareness and assistant decision-making of relay protection devices is proposed. The discriminating result of protection function is given according to the comprehensive logic reasoning mechanism by analyzing the transmitted information of relay protection equipment in the substation via a system which is located in the dispatch center. Independent patrol inspection and information mutual checking mechanisms are built to quickly find and locate abnormalities among devices and circuits. Also, the protection warning processing scheme and knowledge database based on the protection information are set up to provide specific overhauling assistant decision-making in time. Then, relying on the protection operation information collection platform and the knowledge database, the collection, processing, analysis and display of historical abnormal information data of all protection devices in the region are realized. This provides a decision basis for improving the operational reliability of secondary protection equipment. Additionally, a remote operation and maintenance mode is established based on virtual connection, and direct access from the dispatch center to devices in a substation can be realized. In this way technical experts from the equipment manufacturer can help deal with field problems quickly from a remote location, and this would significantly improve the speed of field defect elimination.
