摘    要:以NH3为还原剂,以活性碳纤维(ACF)、HNO,浸渍的ACF、负载CuO的ACF和负载La2O3的ACF为催化剂,在微型反应器中考察各种催化剂对NO催化还原的活性,并进行了差热-热重、扫描电镜分析。实验结果表明,ACF负载La能有效地改善催化剂的活性,且催化活性中心为非晶态的氧化物;当ACF负载20%的La2O3时具有最好的低温活性,NO的去除率最高可达92%以上。

Abstract:The catalytic activities of catalysts for NO reduction were explored in a gas-solid phase microreactor using NH3 as reducing agent and activated carbon fiber(ACF),HNO3-ACF,CuO-ACF or La2O3-ACF as catalysts.Then TG and SEM analyses were carried out to estimate their characters.The experimental results show that the catalytic activities of ACF can be effectively improved by loading lanthanum on it and forming a kind of non-crystalline oxide in the active center;When the loading rate of La2O3 on ACF is 20%,the activity of the catalyst in low temperature is the best with more than 92% of NO removal rate.
