| 摘 要： | 利用间甲酚紫作指示剂定量地测定食醋中总酸的含量。操作简捷、快速、准确、终点敏锐,与现行的方法中酚酞指示剂相比较,避免酚酞指示剂对观察滴定终点的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper suggested a m-cresol purple, which could determine quantitatively the content of total acid in vinegar. This new method is effectively fast,accurate,the finish line acutely. It has a certain significance in quality control of vinegar. |
