矿渣集料耐热混凝土的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:利用普通硅酸盐水泥和矿渣集料配制出耐热650℃混凝土,确定了最佳砂率,测试了煅烧温度对强度的影响。结果表明,矿渣集料耐热混凝土的28 d烘干强度为33.4 MPa,大于设计强度,且650℃烧后抗压强度为烘干强度的83%,表面无裂纹,满足耐热要求。说明用普通硅酸盐水泥和矿渣集料配制耐热650℃混凝土是可行的。该混凝土已成功应用于实际工程中。

Abstract:Heat resistant concrete of 650 ℃ heat is manufactured by Portland cement and slag aggregate in this investigation.Optical sand percentage is determined and the influence of calcining temperature on the strength is tested.The result shows that the drying strength in 28 days is 33.4 MPa,larger than the designed strength,and after calcining under 650 ℃ heat,the compressive strength is 83% of the drying strength,the surface has no crack,satisfying the heat resistance requirement.The result indicates that heat resistant concrete of 650 ℃ heat can be manufactured by Portland cement and slag aggregate.The concrete has been applied in practical engineering.
