| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺癌术后皮瓣愈合的原因及预防皮瓣坏死的新方法。方法:将1996-2003年480例乳腺癌病例分为A组和B组,将其手术方法进行对比研究。结果:前4年A组皮瓣坏死率为25.34%,后3年B组皮瓣坏死率为4.56%,经统计学处理,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:B组的新措施对预防乳腺皮瓣坏死有重要作用。切口类型和真皮层血管网的损伤是皮瓣坏死的根本原因。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study of skin IDd in 9 after radical operation of carcinoma breast and the new preventive method of skin flag necrosis. Methods: 480 cases of breast carcinoma (during seven years from 1996 to 2003) were divided into A and B group. The methods of operation were compared in A and B group. Results: The skin flag necrosis rate of group A was25. 3% and that of group B was 4.5% with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05) . Conclusion: The new methods used in group B can prevent skin flag necrosis. Incision type and the trauma of blood vessel net in derma are the basic cause of skin flag necrosis. |
