小切口股骨头置换在高龄股骨颈骨折患者中的效果观察

目的：探讨分析运用小切口股骨头置换在高龄股骨颈骨折患者中的临床效果。方法：将我院79例高龄股骨颈骨折的患者进行小切口股骨头置换治疗。结果：手术时间是40-65min,平均为（58±5.3）min;术中出血量200mL-370mL,平均为（265±36）mL;术后1例出现泌尿道感染,感染率为1.3%;骨折均愈合,未发生感染、髋内翻、脱位和假体松动及脏器损伤等并发症。以上病例均随访0.8-4年,按照Harrisll标准评定为优38例,良24例,可13例,差3例,总优良率为78.4%,总有效率96.2%。结论：运用小切口股骨头置换在高龄股骨颈骨折患者中具有创伤小,副作用低,术后恢复快等优点。

Observation on the Effect of Small Incision Replacement of Femoral Head on Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical effect of small incision replacement of the femoral head on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Method： 79 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in our hospital were treated with small incision replacement of the femoral head.Result： The operation time was 40min to 65min and the mean operation time was（58±5.3）min.The amount of bleeding in operation was 200mL to 370mL,and the mean amount was（265±36）mL.There was one case of urinary tract infection after operation and the infection rate was 1.3%.All fractures healed and there was no complications such as infection,coxa vara,dislocation,prosthesis loosening and organ injury.All the cases were followed up for 0.8 to 4 years.In accordance with the Harrisll standard,there were 38 excellent cases,24 good cases,13 general cases and 3 bad cases.The total excellent and good rate was 78.4% and the total efficiency rate was 96.2%.Conclusion： Small incision replacement of the femoral head on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture has the advantages of less wound,lower side effect and faster postoperative recovery.
