| 摘 要： | 用上海石油化工研究院研制的ＧＳ－０５工业催化剂与γ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３微孔陶瓷膜构成膜反应器（ＣＭＲ），研究乙苯脱氢生产苯乙烯膜反应规律。相同条件下与工业上固定床（ＰＦＲ）过程比较，膜反应器收率可提高５％，最佳可达１０％。并通过反应过程的数学模型的研究进行比较和参数优化，以寻求催化反应活性和膜渗透性的匹配。 |

| Abstract: | Membrane reaction of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation to styrene was investigated by employing GS-05 powdered catalyst and microporous alumina membrane prepared by the authors.Under the same conditions the yield of styrene by membrane reaction process can be enhanced by 5% to a maximum of 10% in comparison with the industrial fixed-bed process.Further comparison and optimization through mathematical modelling of the reaction process is conducted to search for an optimal matching of catalytic activity with membrance permeability. |
