| 摘 要： | 运用文献调研、调查、走访等方法,分析山东省有关城市社区体育的政策法规的实效性,从服务、设施、人才、经费4个方面对城市社区体育管理现状进行研究。研究认为,山东省有关城市社区体育的政策法规取得一定效果,但地方法规未突出地方特点,针对性不强;社区体育管理体制有利于社区体育的发展,但微观管理水平有待进一步提高。

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature investigation and interview,this paper analyzes practical result of policies and regulation on community sports.From the points of service,facility,talented,financing,the author studies management condition of community sports.The result shows that some achievements have been made in regulations and polices on community sports in Shandong province,but the local feature have not stressed enough in local regulations,and lacking of pertinence.The system of community sports is favorable to the development of community sports,while micro-management still needs to further improve. |
