铜、铅、锌、铁复杂多金属矿综合回收研究

福建闽北某矿山复杂多金属矿含有铜、铅、锌、铁等多种有价金属矿物,综合利用价值高。通过对该矿石进行选矿试验研究,采用先浮后磁、部分混合浮选的流程,选出铜铅混合精矿、再进行铜、铅分离,然后浮选锌、硫,浮选尾矿经过磁选选铁,得出了铜精矿、铅精矿、锌精矿和铁精矿四种产品。为该矿多金属矿的综合利用提供了可行的方案。

Research in Synthetic Reclaiming Of Complication Multi-metal Ore about Copper Lead Zinc and Iron

esearch Institute of Nonferrous Metals,Shenyang 110141,China)There is complication multi-metal ore having a lot of metal,such as copper lead zinc and iron,in some place in north of fujian,it has hight value of synthetic exploitation.Through experimentation and research in this ore,we use flotation and magnetic dressing, and part of amalgamate flotation,and chose amalgamate concentrate of copper and lead, then asunder copper and lead,and flotation zinc and sulphur,and flotation rejection,and magnetic dressing iron,and we can get four production,including copper concentrate,lead concentrate ,zinc concentrate , and iron concentrate. We offer the workable project for the synthetic exploitation of this multi-metal ore.
